ADULT Jello Shot recipe

Margarita Jello Shots

Ingredients:

1 large box of Lime Jello (6oz. Package)
2 cups boiling water
7/8 cup cold water
1/8 cup lime juice (fresh or concentrate)
3/4 cup tequilla
1/4 cup Triple Sec
1 Sleeve of 1oz. Plastic souffle cups AND lids

• Measure water and boil.
• Pour bowling water into pitcher or bowl.
• Add Jello, stirring until dissolved - whisk works best.
• Measure and stir in liquor, cold water & lime juice.
• Pour into jello shot cups.
• Refrigerate. {At least 3 hours, but overnight refrigeration is best, and allows gelatin to fully “set”)
• Serve cold
*NOTE: After trial and error, I found this is easiest and neatest. Line a cookie sheet with plastic shot cups, lightly spray with unflavored cooking spray (helps the "shots" pop right out), fill cups (not all the way to the top) and slide whole tray into fridge until set up. Once set up, put lids on cups and they are portable in a cooler and will take up less space.
